What is the minimum down payment?
From 10% of the apartment price — for 12 months installments (building 1) and 36 months (buildings 2 and 3A). For the “50 months at 0%” promotion, the down payment is 50%.
Can I move in right after the purchase?
In building 1 — yes: it is commissioned, documents are ready, you can start renovations immediately. Building 2 is under construction — technical delivery is scheduled for Q4 2026. Building 3 (section A) — delivery in Q4 2027.
What is included in the pre-finishing?
Depending on the package: gypsum wall plastering, electrical wiring, air conditioning preparation, plumbing wiring, underfloor heating and radiators, 3in1 installation. Cost — from $2,300 for a studio and from $5,730 for a 2-room apartment. Full turnkey renovation from the developer is also available, with a predictable budget and deadlines.
What happens with electricity during outages?
The complex has a modern hybrid system based on inverters — every apartment receives backup power. Solar panels in the parking lot recharge the batteries, and when solar energy is insufficient, silent gas generators installed near each building are automatically connected. A cable is also connected from the system to the car charging spots.
What kind of heating is in the apartments?
Each apartment has individual gas heating with its own boiler: you manage the climate and expenses yourself, without dependence on centralized networks. The Internet is already connected to the buildings.
What are the additional costs for registration?
Registration of an apartment with documents in building 1 — 20,000 UAH, paid by the buyer. In the specified prices of apartments in building 1, taxes are already included.
Do discounts apply along with installments?
A −2% discount applies for 100% payment of the apartment price. For military personnel of the Armed Forces — a 3% discount. The manager will tell you the details for a specific apartment.
