What if I can’t make a monthly payment?+
We always find an individual solution. Payment restructuring or resale of the unit with a
refund of invested funds is possible. Contact your manager — we’ll sort it out together.
When can I move in after signing the contract?+
Promo units have a construction readiness of 50–90%. Move-in dates are discussed
individually, but it’s usually much faster than buying off-plan.
How is ownership registered?+
A contract is signed after the first payment. Ownership is registered after full payment. All
documents are official, through a notary. 100% of our clients received full ownership.
Do I need proof of official income?+
No. This is a direct installment plan from the developer — no banks, no income statements, no
credit check. Only the down payment is required.
Will the price change during the installment period?+
No. The price is fixed in the contract in US dollars and does not change over all 5 years.
The monthly payment amount remains the same from the first to the last instalment.
Can I come and see it before deciding?+
Yes, and we encourage it. Book a viewing — we’ll show you the Hi-Tech village units and also
