can arrive, walk around the territory, see the houses live, and talk with neighbors before making any

How to buy a Townhouse 160 m² in installments?+
Two 160 m² townhouses are available in our village.
• A townhouse with designer renovation is sold only at 100% payment.
• A townhouse with fine finish can be purchased in installments up to 2 years — with an initial payment of 50%. You can gradually pay for the house and simultaneously do repairs and prepare for the move.
Are official incomes or certificates required?+
No. This is a direct installment from the developer — without banks, without income
certificates, and without credit checks. The first installment is enough.
What about the 2-year installment plan?+
An installment plan of up to 2 years applies to individual houses and custom-built properties.
The down payment is negotiated individually — the manager will select a schedule for your budget.
How is property ownership registered?+
